Sir,

In today's statement regarding U.S. troops in Bosnia, you must let the American people know that you have violated international law and our Constitution as outlined in my letter dated 11/1/95. You must also let them know that they will have to carry the burden of your adminis- tration's criminal conduct by having to compensate the victims.

That letter lists twelve articles of high crimes that your admini- stration committed against Yugoslav and American Serbs. You must ans- wer to those charges. You can not wash off the blood of my dead relat- ives with fraud on the American people. They must know the truth. Look into that camera tonight and tell them the truth.

Let them know that the Dayton agreement is based on fraud and that you want to send American troops to take land from me and my relatives by force in order to give it to the Muslems. Under the law, any aggre- ssive foreign troops in Bosnia become common criminals whose collecti- ve lives are not worth one square meter of my property.

Since May this year your administration has been kept aware of its criminal conduct against Serbs. The replies I received are evidence of fraud and deceit upon the American people. Let them know the whole tr- uth, and nothing but the truth, so help you God.

Boris Pribich
