    Your Honor,

    As an American citizen I demand equal protection under our Consti-
tution. The U.S. crossed international borders and took sides in a ci-
vil war against Serbs who did nothing against this country. Several of
my relatives were killed by U.S. bombs paid for with my taxes.

    As a Serbian American I demand justice.  I am charging Bill Clint-
on and his master the United States of America as follows.

 1. VIOLATION OF my CIVIL RIGHTS by taking Croat and Muslem sides.
 2. VIOLATION OF OATH by not preserving and defending our Constitution.
 3. Unprovoked AGGRESSION AND GENOCIDE against Yugoslav Serbs.
 4. CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT MURDER of my relatives in Bosnia and Croatia.
 5. CONSPIRACY TO TAKE my LAND in Bosnia and Croatia BY FORCE.
 6. FRAUD AND DECEIT by naming my relatives as aggressors on own land.
 7. ABUSE OF OFFICE of the Presidency FOR POLITICAL AND PERSONAL GAIN.
 8. USE OF my TAXES FOR POLITICAL AND PERSONAL GAIN.
 9. USE OF DEADLY FORCE to drive my relatives off the land they own.
10. MURDER of my relatives by bombing Serbs in Bosnia and Croatia.
11. IMPOSITION OF ILLEGAL SANCTIONS against my relatives in Serbia.
12. CREATION OF ILLEGAL TRIBUNAL, the ICTY, to isolate Bosnian Serbs.

    Bill Clinton must answer to these charges. Since May this year his
administration has been kept informed of criminal conduct but chose to
continue that conduct.  My dead relatives do not allow him to hide be-
hind fraud and deceit. He referred to them as the aggressor and killed
them on their own land. The American people must know the truth.

    To support most of my charges, you will receive copies of two bir-
th certificates in several days. They will indicate that my father was
born in Bosnia and I in Croatia.  I expect assistance and full support
from your office. Any delay will add to U.S. liability, as Bill Clint-
on intends to send American troops to take more of my land.
