Letter below included one photo of an Islamic fighter holding the severed head of Serb Blagoje Blagojevic, a second photo of heads of two other Serbs stuffed into an ammunition box and Blagoje's head on the flipped open cover with the fighter's foot on it, and a third photo of the cover from a 1991 issue of the Moslem magazine Vox depicting a Moslem fighter with his foot on one of the four severed Serb heads. With her nonresponsive reply Sen. Feinstein sent her statement to the 104th Congress.

Dear Senator Feinstein,

In October 1991 Bosnian Muslims announced that their Handjar divi- sion that killed 300,000 Serbs and 60,000 Jews in Bosnia and thousands of American GI's in Italy in WWII is ready and welcomes the Fourth Re- ich. Serb heads on the magazine cover and those in the picture taken a year later are evidence of intent to commit genocide.

Last year you accused the Serbs of forming the Fourth Reich. Blag- oje Blagojevic, Brana Duric and Nenad Petkovic, above, charge you from their graves with incitement of and conspiracy to commit genocide. You took the side that kills women and children without independent confi- rmation of evidence against Serbs.

There is far more than sufficient evidence for prosecution of tho- se who conspired to commit genocide. A public apology with initiation of legislation for restitution to Serbs for loss of life, land, perso- nal property, nationality and liberty would show good will. Failure to do so will invite prosecution to the full letter of law. RSVP

Sincerely,

Boris Pribich [signature]
