Dear Congressman Gallegly,
Bosanska Dubica where my father was born has just fallen to Croats
and Muslems as a result of Bill Clinton's conspiracy. His hands alrea-
dy have blood of my relatives in Slavonia where I was born, and now he
is spilling blood of my relatives in Bosnia.
For aiding the Croats in the massacre of Serbs in Croatia and ins-
tigating NATO's bombing of Bosnian Serbs, I am charging him with cons-
piracy to commit genocide. For deaths of my relatives and thousands of
innocent Serbs I am charging him with murder.
My dead relatives were people I loved, and thousands of other dead
Serbs were people defending their homeland. Bill Clinton sent our war-
planes to kill thousands, and displace hundreds of thousands of Serbs.
Those are crimes against humanity and democracy.
The civil war in Yugoslavia is fought by people who lived together
for centuries. That war did not cross international borders endanger-
ing international peace, and neither the U.N. nor NATO, and especially
the U.S. have any jurisdiction.
With no threats to U.S. security, taking sides amounts to persecu-
tion. That is a violation of our Constitution, and under international
law amounts to genocide. Bill Clinton crossed international borders in
his aggression and genocide and must stand trial.
He must be removed from office so that he can face charges for his
crimes. The U.S. and the American people must be protected from furth-
er, and any future abuse of the power of that office. Democracy, just-
ice and Serbian American taxpayers demand it.
If the Russian State DUMA had not warned Mr. Clinton, he might ha-
ve exterminated the Serbs by now. Please initiate appropriate Judicia-
ry Committee proceedings. Serbian Americans will provide eyewitnesses
and documented accounts of these crimes of genocide.
Sincerely,
Boris Pribich
