Dear Congressman Gallegly,
By taking sides and inflicting casualties in Croatia and subseque-
ntly in Bosnia, the U.S. became a combatant in the Yugoslav civil war.
Even if the three sides were to agree on peace the U.S. remains at war
with the Serbs. After NATO bombings, instigated by Bill Clinton, Serbs
have the right to treat any NATO member state as their enemy.
Sending U.S. troops into a war zone will cause a catastrophic loss
of life on all sides. Serbs are defending their land and have the law
on their side. To them one square foot of that land is worth more than
the lives of 60,000 aggressors. Assure your colleagues that Serbs val-
ue their land just as much as the Americans value theirs.
Under our Constitution the Commander-in-Chief has no power to ini-
tiate or declare a war either against a foreign nation or a domestic
State. He is only authorized to use U.S. forces in case of invasion by
foreign nations and to suppress insurrection against the government of
a State or of the United States.
Bosnia and Croatia are not American states and insurrections with-
in them do not fall under U.S. jurisdiction. Also, neither invaded the
U.S. Under our Constitution, Congress alone has the power to declare
a national or foreign war, in which case U.S. aggression against Serbs
is clear proof of Bill Clinton's crime of genocide.
Last week Senator Feinstein demonstrated how some U.S. policy mak-
ers vote. She said that even though she was receiving calls of one th-
ousand to one against U.S. troop deployment, she was proud to stand up
for it. People like her must be removed from office and prosecuted for
fraud and misappropriation of taxpayers' funds.
Presently the U.S. is a super power out of control of its own peo-
ple and a real danger to the free world. American, Bosnian and Croati-
an Serbs will testify to that. As provided by our Constitution, we the
People of the United States are the government. We will not have that
privilege until we remove rogue policy makers from office.
Sincerely,
Boris Pribich
