Dear Senator Helms,
By taking sides in the Yugoslav civil war, the U.S. assumed legal
liability for all consequences. That includes immediate relief for Se-
rbian refugees driven off their land by bombings instigated by Bill Cl-
inton. Among those refugees are the children of my relatives killed by
bombs that my taxes paid for.
Judge Jefta Jankovic in Banja Luka informed me that tens of thous-
ands of refugees, many of them with new born babies, are without shel-
ter. They sleep with no more than a thin plastic cover to keep out the
bitter winter elements. Your office must without a minute of delay in-
itiate legislation to help these victims of U.S. genocide.
For more information about these desperate conditions contact imm-
ediately the office of judge Jankovic. He can be reached by first dia-
ling (011) 381-11-988, and then asking the Belgrade operator for Banja
Luka voice telephone number 34-977 or his 41-764 fax number. The U.S.
must provide immediate relief for Bosnian Serb refugees.
Sincerely,
Boris Pribich
