Dear Senator Helms,

My father was born in Bosnia and I in Croatia. Bill Clinton refer- red to our relatives as aggressors, killed them on their own land and gave that land to Muslims and Croats. As provided by our Constitution, a person can not be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law, which clearly imposes a huge liability on the U.S.

My request for immediate introduction of legislation providing as- sistance to Serb refugees was well justified. Serbs were successfully defending their land until Bill Clinton took sides in the Yugoslav ci- vil war and led the U.S. into aggression and genocide against Croatian and Bosnian Serbs who did nothing against the U.S.

In your letter reference is made to Annex 7 of the so called peace agreement under which refugees are entitled to return home. My relati- ves fought in this civil war because they refused to give up their Yu- goslav nationality and because they never again want to live with Mus- lims and Croats as neighbors.

Nine members of my father's family were killed by these same neig- hbors who put on Nazi uniforms in WWII. They cut babies out of two of my pregnant aunts and mutilated them. They raped my fourteen year old cousin and nailed her breasts and other body parts to the icons in the altar of the Serbian church in Bosanska Dubica.

U.S. troops wearing electric socks are driving more of my relativ- es off their land, while many with new born babies already sleep with- out shelter exposed to the bitter winter elements. Aid provided to vi- ctims of Bill Clinton's aggression can be credited to long overdue re- stitution and will be viewed by courts as a sign of good will.

Please take this matter under immediate consideration as continued pain and suffering of my relatives will only add to the huge U.S. lia- bility. Included in this fax are copies of two birth certificates that provide sufficient foundation for legal action and hopefully an incen- tive for the initiation of requested legislation.

Sincerely, Boris Pribich [signature]
